OUR MISSION
Foodlink United’s mission is to build and sustain a legally-protected place for Foodlink employees where we can discuss and negotiate over working conditions and collectively take part in improving our workplace. We will enhance Foodlink’s quality of work and advance Foodlink’s core values (Compassion, Innovation, Collaboration, Agility, & Stewardship) and mission by investing in Foodlink United’s values (Transparency, Equity, Courage, Humility, & Solidarity).
